I've been trying to live this way too - I'm very much a recovering people pleaser. Boundaries are difficult but they are so, so important!
Indeed! You can't overemphasize the importance of setting boundaries ๐ฅบ I really believe that the best way to love and serve others is to become the best version of ourselves. Self-care isn't selfish because we cannot give what we do not have in the first place ๐ค
